It is also an affiliate (sales-agent) for manufacturers, distributors and suppliers of other products, services and publications, to whom it may hyper-link from this web site solely as a convenience to visitors to this web site.

In its role as an affiliate/agent, it is entirely unable to control the pricing, quality, availability and fitness for purpose of any product or service referred to on this site or linked to from this site.  That product or service will be delivered directly to the buyer from the seller, and the owners of this web site would not see the product at any stage, nor be party to the payment process.  (We never at any time have access to any client’s credit/debit card details.)

Prices, Descriptions, Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice unless a business proposal has been and a contract signed by both parties.  Notwithstanding any contract entered into, we reserve the right to amend our pricing in the event of prices rising from our contractors and suppliers.  In this event we will give you at least one month’s notice of such increases.

All goods and services are offered subject to availability. We take the utmost care to ensure that our product/service descriptions and prices are accurate and good for the period of any agreement we enter into, but we cannot accept liability for inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we retain the right to decline orders without explanation.

All products and services processed via out card clearers are processed in US Dollars and all credit cards are processed in that currency. To assist you we may show prices in alternate currencies, however our card clearers will always process at the equivalent dollar price, We will always endeavour to keep up to date with regard to shifting exchange rates, and reflect the current exchange rates, but we cannot be held responsible for very short term rate shifts (between payment and clearance).

Payment

You may order online using a cheque, credit / debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, Switch, Solo and Delta). Your card will be processed by one of the world's premier card clearers: Paypal, your guarantee of a secure, safe and trouble-free transaction.

Sales taxes

Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated depending on destination and is included in the price for orders shipped to destinations within the European Union (EU). For orders shipped to destinations outside the EU our prices normally exclude VAT.

Overseas orders may be subject to local sales taxes or import duties NOT included in our prices.

Delivery

Work will only start on your contract upon clearance of any agreed prepayments, thus any agreed delivery schedules will also only begin to count-down after that clearance is complete.
